Fast and Healthy Day 2:Corn & Black Bean Salad

This recipe I got from Liz Cressy, and just like her it is fabulous :)

Corn & Black Bean Salad
2 14oz Cans of Black Beans
1 Small bag of frozen corn kernels (thawed) (or you could use canned corn if you like)
1 avocado diced
1 red pepper diced
1 large tomato diced
 3 green onions
1 cup chopped celantro

Dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lime juice

1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne powder

Mix together all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Toss and serve.
